Aquamin® (seaweed Lithothamnion sp.):770mg – 3080mg
of which calcium:230 mg – 920 mg (28.7% – 114.8% RHP*)
of which magnesium:17 mg – 68 mg (4.5% – 18% RHP*)

*RHP – reference intake value of vitamins and minerals.

Composition:Aquamin from the seaweed Lithothamnion sp. (natural source of calcium – calcium carbonate, natural source of magnesium – magnesium hydroxide), vegan capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Dosage

•Dosage: 1–2 capsules daily. For preventive use 1 capsule daily. For therapy up to 4 capsules daily. Children from 3 years old 1 capsule daily. Pregnant and lactating women 2× 2 capsules daily.
•Recommendation: Take with food in the evening, preferably before bedtime (the magnesium contained helps to relax muscles and promotes relaxation). You can divide the doses into two parts (morning + evening). Avoid combining with high doses of iron.
• Suitable for children from 3 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
