Dosage

•Dosage: Thanks to Lipocelltech technology, which ensures good absorption, it is possible to take 1 capsule at any time of the day. Drink with sufficient water. Do not use in combination with dairy products (they reduce its absorption).
•Recommendation: Best in the morning on an empty stomach. If needed, take more capsules at any time during the day. In that case, divide the doses into several parts, for example into two (morning + afternoon).
